Where do I go to watch the Main Session?
The live session will be streamed in the Live Session button during the allotted time.
How do I join the Roundtable Discussions?
To access the Roundable discussions, navigate to the main dashboard and click the Roundtable button during the allotted time.
I’m having issues seeing the live stream.
What do I do?
Please note that Swapcard works best with Chrome or Firefox. If you are experiencing blank pages, streaming issues or app latency, please switch to one of these two browsers if you have been working on another browser.
Internet Explorer does not support Swapcard.
Should the video player remain unavailable following a page refresh; it is most likely a security setting on your browser, device, or network blocking access to the content server. We
not hosted on Swapcard and that the platform only acts as a "gateway" to the event's video content.
How do I book one-on-one meetings with other attendees and speakers?
In a world where sustainability must be a priority, we invite you to collaborate for change with global leaders in your industry.
Along with us setting up meetings for you, you have the opportunity to send meeting requests to attendees and speakers at the event.
To book a meeting with a person, you just need to:
1) Go to a person's profile, by going to Speakers or Attendees button.
2) Click on one of the available meeting slots for the specific attendee you would like to meet. If you want to see other slots, click on see more slots.
3) After selecting a slot, choose the Virtual Room as a meeting place and write a message to the person you want to meet. Once done, click on the arrow at the top right to send your meeting request.
How do I manage my meetings and my availability for the event?
You can see your pending or confirmed meetings in the My Event button and then by clicking on the Meetings tab.
You can cancel a confirmed or pending meeting by clicking Cancel Request (if it was pending) or Cancel Meeting (if it was confirmed).
You will also be able to decide on your availability in this tab. For example, if you wish to make yourself unavailable on certain meeting slots of your event, you simply have to click on Make Unavailable.
The unavailable slots will no longer be displayed on your profile and other participants will no longer be able to book a meeting with you on these slots.
Click on Make Available to make available a slot that you have made unavailable.
I am trying to start a meeting, but I get a blank/black screen with no Audio or Video. How do I fix this?
This problem usually occurs if there is a firewall that is blocking the streaming connection. Run the Pre-call test in order to determine if the system network is ready for a call.
How do I start my 1-On-1 Meetings?
To start a 1-On-1 Meeting, navigate to the My Events tab and click on the meeting you would like to start. Before you start the meeting, ensure that you have connected with your fellow attendee by clicking the Connect button. Once connect, click on the 3 dots located to the right of your meeting, then click Start a Video Call.
